We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. Furthermore, we may decline B2B orders that do not meet our partnership criteria.

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We process orders and initiate dispatch very quickly, often on the same or next business day. Therefore, to increase the likelihood of a successful cancellation, we strongly recommend submitting your request as soon as possible after placing the order. Cancellation requests are subject to approval and can only be entertained if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

2.2. Pricing and Taxes All prices displayed on the Service are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices for products are subject to change without notice. The final price, including any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and shipping charges, will be presented to you at checkout before you confirm your order. 4.2. Disclaimer Regarding User Content Mood Banana is not responsible for the User Content or opinions expressed by users on the Service. You acknowledge and agree that Mood Banana has no obligation to pre-screen, monitor, review, or edit any User Content. User Content is not reviewed by Mood Banana prior to posting and does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of Mood Banana. All products sold on the Platform are subject to a 169-day manufacturing defect warranty from the date of sale, covering functional failure of the product due to a manufacturing defect, as further detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. This warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, accident, neglect, unauthorized repair, or improper handling by the customer.
